Additionally, we provide initial budget estimates and project timelines, offering a clear roadmap for the project's progression.
Planning & Designing
In the planning stage, we develop detailed architectural plans and elevations, establishing the project's building systems and aesthetic appeal. You’ll be assigned a seasoned project leader and manager who will collaborate closely with your project leaders. This team approach ensures effective communication and the ability to make necessary adjustments to meet all design expectations. Additionally, your team leaders will be provided with a means of measurement; an actionable checklist provided by Fuse that allows for fluid feedback between all involved parties.
Build Management
The final stage involves the preparation of detailed construction documents that guide the building process. We coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure all parties are aligned and any issues are promptly addressed. Additionally, we handle the process of obtaining necessary permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with all regulations and smooth project execution. Once the build is underway, we’ll perform weekly meetings and site visits with all parties involved to make sure our plans are being followed diligently and according to the project scope.
