Mama Fu's Asian Restaurant (Various Locations)
At first glance, Mama Fu’s may look like a standard prototype design project – create one layout and implement it across various different sites. However, that was not the owner’s vision. Each individual location’s design was created by incorporating lessons learned from the previous locations such as the equipment line, manager’s area, and the beverage station. Fuse worked directly with the owner to assess what needed to be changed as they progressed through each site, ultimately delivering a restaurant experience that brought a unique feel to Mama Fu’s customers.
