Greater San Marcos Partnership Office
The Greater San Marcos Partnership wanted a location that reflected who they are and who they serve. The perfect spot was a historic space right on the square in downtown San Marcos. The project presented challenges as any established historic building would, but Fuse was able to integrate the old with the new while not disturbing the integrity of the building and the surrounding neighbors.

Supporting the business community is important to Fuse and this project gave them the opportunity to work with a non-profit organization that has been a key player in bringing more opportunities to the central Texas region. The office serves as a showcase for the region while it hosts local and international businesses.
Design & Construction Facts
The new design highlighted the existing features including exposed brick, tin ceiling, and hardwood floors. These elements were integrated and offer a unique aesthetic for the often visited office.
