Sweetwater Hills Retail Center
Vertique Development was the developer for the Sweetwater Hills Retail Center. Fuse has worked on several projects with Vertique Development. They are an experienced firm with an extensive background in construction, commercial real estate, and finance. For this 11,000 SF retail shell project, the owner had a solid vision on the architectural aesthetic needed for the market.

Highlight
One of the architectural features is a large-scale herringbone brick pattern in the façade. Since the owner had a clear vision on the aesthetic goal, we were able to select the brick color and texture palette quickly during the design process.
Design & Construction Facts
The building is located just off of HWY-71 in an area with significant grade changes. Both the road and the surrounding neighborhood are higher than the building and the back of the structure faces west. Due to both of these visual adjacencies, we provided screens for the roof equipment and at the rear doors to shield these areas from view.
