The staff at Rogers O’Brien was involved in the design process. They assigned a few key staff members to be the design leads. As they do on all their projects, they were effective in getting consensus from the staff and made sure everyone’s opinion was heard. Their communication process allowed the design phases to run smoothly.
Design & Construction Facts
The project incorporated a full office renovation and was designed with phasing in mind. The construction allowed temporary entrances while the work was in progress. Since the owner was the general contractor, the project was able to move quickly with making decisions when needed to maintain their project schedule.
