Weiss Lane Industrial Development is an Industrial/Flex Business Park. The project includes four (4) industrial buildings approximately 79,800 total square footage at 18629 Weiss Lane, Pflugerville, TX 78660. Phase 1 was completed in May 2024 which included the design and construction of pre-engineered metal buildings with cold dark shell interiors of Buildings 1 & 2 (44,800 SF). Phase 2 is forthcoming to include the design and construction for Building 3 & 4 (35,000 SF).
