Joe Bland Construction
Despite being a newly completed building, the design concept pays homage to the world of construction while incorporating the Joe Bland Construction branding of blue and grey, and giving a rugged, yet sophisticated feel. Exposed columns and ceilings in areas of the office allow employees and guests to appreciate the natural architecture created by structural elements. The resilient flooring mimics poured and stained concrete while defining a natural flow of circulation throughout the office. Natural wood trim accentuates the reception desk, lobby, and open office to add an organic touch throughout.

Design & Construction Facts
Located within the newly constructed Spectrum Building, the general contractor for the shell building was also chosen to finish out the Joe Bland Construction office. This allowed the GC to work in tandem to complete the space with more efficient timing.
