KoMiCo Technology
KoMiCo Technology Inc.’s facility is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of I-35 and SH-45. This facility specializes in the coating and cleaning of parts for use within the semiconductor industry. The KoMiCo Expansion is meant to provide additional lab space to allow for increased capacity and productivity, as well as additional office spaces and parts storage.

Highlight
The 39,580 square feet expansion was constructed directly adjacent to the existing building with minimal impact to the existing building’s operations. A new curtain wall system was designed at the building entrance to serve as the connector between the building and its expansion.
Design & Construction Facts
The building expansion is being completed in two phases. The initial phase of the building expansion included all of the sitework, the building shell, and finish-out of the lobbies, offices areas, and logistics storage. The cleanrooms and wet rooms will be finished out as part of the next phase.
